Funding Agent in Its Individual Capacity. Each Funding Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with its CP Conduit or the Borrower or any Affiliate of such Persons as though such Funding Agent were not a Funding Agent hereunder.
