Funding Amendments i. The proposed funding is based on the anticipated availability of relevant funds. Should funding availability change, the EDD reserves the right to make any necessary amendments to the Agreement amount. The EDD may add additional funds to this Agreement based on the availability of funds under the Regional Investment Initiative Program.
