Funding and Payment Procedures Controlled by Account Agreements. The Account Agreements shall control this Agreement as to (i) Section 2.17.3 hereof regarding funding procedures, and (ii) Interest Payment Dates, to the extent that an Account Agreement may provide for such payment more frequently than otherwise required under this Agreement.
