Funding and Resources. Collaborate to secure grant funding and other shared resource opportunities to support climate related projects and programs.

Funding and Resources. This agreement is not a fiscal or funds obligation document. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as obligating any of the Parties to the expenditure of funds in excess of appropriations authorized by law or otherwise commit any of the Parties to actions for which it lacks statutory authority. It is understood that the level of resources to be expended under this agreement will be consistent with the level of resources available to the Parties to support such efforts. Any activities involving reimbursement or contribution of funds between the Parties to this agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures. Such activities will be documented in separate agreements with specific projects between the Parties spelled out. The separate agreements will reference this general agreement.

Funding and Resources. 6.1 Pfizer will provide to AMC the Materials and information described in Exhibit A. 6.2 Each Party will each bear any costs, expenses, or other charges of whatever nature incurred by such Party and which are not expressly detailed in the Project Plan. Pfizer will provide no funding to AMC for the work under this Agreement and the Parties anticipate that AMC will obtain funding for AMC’s work under the Project Plan solely from the NIH Grant.

Funding and Resources. The obligations of a State or Territory Party under this Agreement are subject to the satisfactory resolution of the financial arrangements for the national licensing system through the Council of Australian Governments including further economic analysis of the establishment costs of the national licensing system and current and future State and Territory licensing revenue sources and expenditure. State and Territories will collect licensing fees under the national licensing system. It is not intended that a Party to this Agreement would be significantly disadvantaged compared to current arrangements and the fees for national licences will be allocated accordingly. A Party to this Agreement will not be significantly disadvantaged compared to current arrangements for the revenue associated with trust funds for property agents and conveyancers.

Funding and Resources. Athena shall provide (either alone, or with partners, sublicensees or other collaborators approved by the Committee) the funding and resources necessary to carry out the development approved by the Committee under the Plan for the Field. Apollo may but is not required to provide any part of such funding.

The finances for each programme will be determined between the Participants on a case by case basis. Funding and Resources. Within 90 calendar days of the submission of the local limits evaluation in Paragraph 7, the City of Jerome WWTP shall submit to the Department for review a draft, detailed discussion of the funding and resourcing requirements of the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s WWTP pretreatment program that demonstrates that the City of Jerome WWTP has sufficient resources and personnel to carry out the authorities and procedures outlined in the program. Costs for each element of program implementation shall reflect employee salaries, contractor services, debt payment, supplies, technical assistance, legal assistance, and other indirect costs. This shall include, at a minimum, an estimate of: • The number of full-time equivalencies required to support the program. • The procurement, operation, and maintenance costs of all necessary sampling and analytical equipment. • The cost of sampling and monitoring of the regulated SIUs. • The cost of sampling and monitoring of the WWTP’s system in support of local limits development. • The total budget allocated to the program annually and the funding source(s). If the program is to be funded by general revenues, the submission must include the 2019 budget request which specifically delineates the estimated cost of pretreatment.
