PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The intent of this Agreement is to establish uniform conditions of employment for Gas Inspector workers, as hereinafter provided. Due to the nature of this specialized workforce, the parties recognize and agree to cost shifting of the normal benefit structure of the industry. At such time, the parties establish a training program, and new workforce, they will address, and place into effect the normal wage and benefit structure outlined in the Outside Line Construction Labor Agreement. Local Union 1245 is presently chartered by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, to cover certain electrical work in the States of California (except Siskiyou, Modoc, and Del Norte Counties) and Nevada (except Lincoln, Clark and that part of Xxx County lying south of the Mount Diablo base line); therefore, the territorial scope of this Agreement shall uniformly cover the above area.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1.01 This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the employment of Graduate Assistants by the University of Alberta. 1.02 This Agreement is binding on the Board and its representatives, the GSA and its representatives, and graduate students holding Graduate Assistantships. 1.03 The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply solely to the appointments of graduate students as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Graduate Research Assistant, or Graduate Research Assistantship Fellowship, and to no other form of graduate funding. 1.04 This Agreement does not restrict graduate students from holding Graduate Assistantships with scholarships, provided that the eligibility requirements of the scholarship do not prohibit holding a Graduate Assistantship. 1.05 If a conflict arises between this Agreement and the requirements of a funding agency, the requirements of the funding agency will apply.

In connection with all of the above items, it is understood the scope of this Agreement shall include not only new installation work but shall also govern the repair, maintenance, or dismantling of such equipment.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. A. During the term hereof, PROGENICS will manufacture and sell to DUPONT, and DUPONT shall purchase from PROGENICS, all of DUPONT's requirements for resale of recombinant HIV-1LAI gp120 (full length) produced in a CHO expression system (the "Product") for DUPONT's marketing, distribution and resale throughout the world. DUPONT will limit sales to customers who intend to use the Product only for research purposes and not for other purposes such as clinical diagnostics or vaccine development. X. XXXXXX will resell the Product as packaged by PROGENICS, and DUPONT will not modify the Product or combine it with other components prior to resale. C. PROGENICS has developed Product specifications for the Product which are attached as Exhibit A. All PROGENICS manufacturing of Product will comply with the Product processing standards and specifications. PROGENICS may revise the processing standards and specifications as it deems necessary and will advise DUPONT as far in advance of any changes as is reasonably possible. If any change affects customer use or perceived performance of the Product, PROGENICS will give DUPONT at least 90 days advance notice of such change. D. PROGENICS will package the Product under specifications established by DUPONT with PROGENICS' consent. Both DUPONT's and PROGENICS' names shall appear on the Product label and promotional material, with the statement "Manufactured by Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company." All Product labeling and literature shall contain the phrase "For laboratory use only--not for vaccine or diagnostic use." Any labeling changes will require the prior approval of DUPONT.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1.01 This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the employment of postdoctoral fellows by the University of Alberta. 1.02 This Agreement is binding on the Board and its representatives, the PDFA and its representatives, and postdoctoral fellows. 1.03 The terms and conditions of this Agreement will not apply to the appointments of postdoctoral fellows who are identified as PDF Guests and PDF Trainees and secure their own transferable funding from external grant-funding agencies and for whom this is the sole source of funding. 1.04 If a conflict arises between this Agreement and the requirements of a funding agency, the requirements of the funding agency will apply. 1.04.01 If a Supervisor determines an inability to meet any term or condition of employment, based on the requirements of the funding agency, the Supervisor will contact the Xxxxxxx. 1.04.02 The Xxxxxxx (or designee) will request the Supervisor to consider option(s) that provide an outcome of comparable value. The decision to provide an alternative option is at the sole discretion of the Supervisor. 1.04.03 The Xxxxxxx (or designee) will notify the PDFA of the reason(s) for the inability to meet any term or condition of the collective agreement.

The Western Line Constructors Chapter of the N.E.C.A. is presently chartered by the National Electrical Contractors Association Inc., in the same area as covered by the above named Local Union; therefore, the territorial scope of this Agreement shall uniformly cover the above area.
