Funding Applications. Funding for research and scholarly or creative activities is normally obtained from outside sources, either private or public, such as national granting agencies (mainly SSHRC) contracts or contributions from various government departments (both federal and provincial), private sector corporations, endowments, or registered charitable organizations. Applications are detailed documents setting forth past performance and future plans. Committees compare applications and solicit academic assessments and reviews for each application from across the country (or worldwide). Competition is extremely keen.
Funding Applications. (a) During: (1) November to January in each year in which there are funds in the Community Enhancement Fund; or (2) in any other period determined by the Committee, the Council must publicly advertise the availability of funds in the Community Enhancement Fund and call for applications to be made to the Committee, in the form required by the Committee, from members of the community for funding for Local Projects (Funding Applications). (b) Where appropriate, such as when funds are being pooled for a Strategic Fund, the Committee may determine not to call for funding applications in a particular year. (c) A call for applications under this clause 6.3 may be advertised by the Council in any of the following ways: (1) on a website maintained by the Council; (2) in a local newspaper; or (3) by any other appropriate communication mechanisms determined by the Council. (d) Any person may make a Funding Application to the Committee for a Local Project.
Funding Applications. Separate respective funding applications will be prepared by the steering group for the individual transnational projects, along with the promoters of the projects and will be presented to the decision-making bodies of the partners for consultation and agreement. In the case of common projects, the coordinated applications with concrete cost and finance plan will each be submitted to the authorities responsible by the coordinating local action group following the approval of the decision-making bodies of the local action groups involved.

Developer will submit a Proposed Option Agreement Term Sheet that provides financial terms, a preliminary schedule of performance for the entirety of the Project, and other relevant transactional elements. Assuming that ▇▇▇▇ and Developer are successful in negotiating a Final Term Sheet, BART staff shall seek approval of the Final Term Sheet by the BART Board of Directors and authorization to prepare and execute the Option Agreement and related transactional documents. Upon Board Authorization of the Final Term Sheet, Developer and ▇▇▇▇ staff shall negotiate a final execution version of the Option Agreement(s). Developer affirms that it has reviewed the Exchange Agreement between BART and the City, and acknowledges that all negotiated documents must be consistent with the Exchange Agreement.

Funding Applications. The Parties may jointly submit applications or requests for grant funding, donations, or similar aid in furtherance of the redevelopment of the Property. All such funding requests shall be as authorized and approved by resolution adopted by both governing bodies, the UDB Board of Directors and the Town of Bluff Town Council, respectively. Grant funding, aid, or donations received via this process shall be held in a common account and utilized solely for the purposes authorized under this Agreement and any requirements of funding entities.
