Funding Cancellation. When the Executive Director of IHCDA makes a written determination that funds are not appropriated or otherwise available to support continuation of performance of this Agreement, the Agreement shall be canceled. Such determination by the Executive Director that funds are not appropriated or otherwise available shall be final and conclusive.
