Common use of Funding Class B Advances Clause in Contracts

Funding Class B Advances. A. Subject to the other conditions set forth in this Section 2.2(b), on the date of each Class B Advance, each Class B Conduit Investor and Class B Committed Note Purchaser(s) funding such Class B Advance shall make available to HVF II its portion of the amount of such Class B Advance (other than any Class B Delayed Amount) by wire transfer in U.S. dollars in same day funds to the Series 2013-A Principal Collection Account no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Class B Advance. Proceeds from any Class B Advance shall be deposited into the Series 2013-A Principal Collection Account.

Funding Class B Advances. A. Subject to the other conditions set forth in this Section 2.2(b), on the date of each Class B Advance, each Class B Conduit Investor and Class B Committed Note Purchaser(s) funding such Class B Advance shall make available to HVF II its portion of the amount of such Class B Advance (other than any Class B Delayed Amount) by wire transfer in U.S. dollars in same day funds to the Series 2013-A B Principal Collection Account no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Class B Advance. Proceeds from any Class B Advance shall be deposited into the Series 2013-A B Principal Collection Account.

Subject to the other conditions set forth in this Section 2.2(b), on the date of each Class B Advance, each Class B Conduit Investor and Class B Committed Note Purchaser(s) Noteholder funding such Class B Advance shall make available to HVF II HVIF its portion of the amount of such Class B Advance (other than any Class B Delayed Amount) by wire transfer in U.S. dollars Dollars in same day funds to the Series 20132020-A 1 Principal Collection Account no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Class B Advance. Proceeds from any Class B Advance shall be deposited into the Series 20132020-A 1 Principal Collection Account.

Subject to the other conditions set forth in this Section 2.2(b), on the date of each Class B Advance, each Class B Conduit Investor and Class B Committed Note Purchaser(s) funding such Class B Advance shall make available to HVF II its portion of the amount of such Class B Advance (other than any Class B Delayed Amount) by wire transfer in U.S. dollars in same day funds to the Series 20132014-A Principal Collection Account no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Class B Advance. Proceeds from any Class B Advance shall be deposited into the Series 20132014-A Principal Collection Account.

Proceeds from any Class B Advance shall be deposited into the Series 2013-A Principal Collection Account.
