Funding Class C Advances. A. Subject to the other conditions set forth in this Section 2.2(c), on the date of each Class C Advance, each Class C Conduit Investor and Class C Committed Note Purchaser(s) funding such Class C Advance shall make available to HVF II its portion of the amount of such Class C Advance (other than any Class C Delayed Amount) by wire transfer in U.S. dollars in same day funds to the Series 2013-A Principal Collection Account no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Class C Advance. Proceeds from any Class C Advance shall be deposited into the Series 2013-A Principal Collection Account.
