Funding Class RR Advances. Subject to the other conditions set forth in this Section 2.2(e), on the date of each Class RR Advance, the Class RR Committed Note Purchaser shall make available to HVF II the amount of such Class RR Advance by wire transfer in U.S. dollars in same day funds to the Series 2013-A Principal Collection Account no later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such Class RR Advance. Proceeds from any Class RR Advance shall be paid to or at the direction of HVF II.
