Funding Confirmation. Within 30 Business Days of the conclusion of each Interim Period, the Recipient will provide FII with written confirmation of all: (a) FII Project Funding received by the Recipient; (b) Third-Party Project Funding and any Outside Funding received by the Recipient; and (c) expenditures incurred by the Recipient in connection with the Work for the applicable Interim Period, allocated among the FII Project Funding, the Third-Party Project Funding and any Additional Outside Funding received by the Recipient.
