Funding Documents. From and after the Second Amendment Effective Date, this Amendment and Waiver shall be considered a Funding Document for all purposes of the SPA and the other Funding Documents, entitled to all of the benefits and protections thereof, and all references to the Funding Documents shall thereafter be construed to include this Amendment and Waiver.
