Common use of Funding Entity’s Security Clause in Contracts

Funding Entity’s Security. an original of each acknowledgement, consent or other agreement of the Borrower (in each case duly executed by an Authorised Officer) with respect to any delegation, pledge or assignment by the Lenders of their rights under the Finance Documents in favour of the Funding Entity, in each case in the form agreed with the Borrower prior to the execution of this Agreement; and
