Common use of Funding for Recipients Clause in Contracts

Funding for Recipients. All funding provided under this award shall be used by the Recipient exclusively for the program referenced in the Notice of Award and described in the funding opportunity announcement and delineated in the Recipient’s approved proposal. This includes any approved revisions, as applicable, made subsequent to the Recipient’s approved proposal.
