FUNDING LIMITS; AVAILABLE FUNDS. In our sole discretion, we may establish a funding limit (“Funding Limit”) from time to time with respect to any Service, including, without limitation, for the Controlled Disbursement Service and for any Payment Orders originated through the ACH Service. We will have no obligation to you to fund any Service for amounts in excess of Available Funds in designated deposit accounts.
