Funding May Cure Defaults Sample Clauses

Funding May Cure Defaults. DDC may apply the Funding in full or in part to reimburse itself for any costs and/or expenses incurred by it in connection with any Default on the part of Funding Recipient under this Agreement provided that Funding Recipient shall have failed prior to the expiration of any applicable grace period to cure such Default. Any portion of the Funding so applied by DDC shall be deemed a disbursement of the Funding in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
