Funding Obligations Pure Nature. LLC. Seller shall deliver or cause to be delivered either directly to or via the Company to Pure Nature, the amount of EIGHTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHTY SEVEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($89,087) and shall cause Pure Nature to pay off the indebtedness owed by it to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxx in respect of amounts previously loaned by said individuals to Pure Nature, in the amounts of FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($54,648.00) and THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY NINE AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($34,439.00), respectively; and
