Common use of Funding Obligations Clause in Contracts

Funding Obligations. 22.1 The AAAPP shall not be liable to the Vendor for costs incurred or performance rendered unless such costs and performances are in accordance with the terms and conditions of any contract or agreement executed between the parties, including but not limited to terms, governing the Vendor’s promised performance and unit rates and/or reimbursement capitations specified. 22.2 The AAAPP shall not be liable to the Vendor for expenditures made in violation of regulations promulgated under the Older Americans Act, as amended, or in violation of applicable state and federal laws, rules, or provisions of any contract or agreement.
