Common use of Funding of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Funding of Administrative Agent. Not later than 1:30 p.m. (New York City time) on the Funding Date of a Borrowing, each Lender shall provide the Administrative Agent at the Administrative Agent’s Office (or such other place as the Administrative Agent shall designate from time to time) with immediately available funds covering such Xxxxxx’s Percentage of such Borrowing and the Administrative Agent shall pay over such funds to the Lead Borrower upon the Administrative Agent’s receipt of the documents, if any, required under Section 11 with respect to such Loan and provided all of the conditions precedent to the funding of the requested Loans have been satisfied.
