Funding of Advances. Upon satisfaction or waiver of the applicable conditions precedent specified herein, GM shall make the proceeds of the Loans available to Borrower by wire transfer of immediately available funds by 2:00 p.m., New York City time, to the account of the Borrower most recently designated by it for such purpose by written notice to GM.
