Funding of Budgets. The Operating Budget and all operating expenses regardless of whether included in any such budget shall be funded from operating cash flows. The Capital Budget shall be funded in accordance with Section 6.5. and no other additional Capital Contributions by the Partners shall be required with respect thereto unless otherwise agreed by the Partnership Governance Committee.
