Common use of Funding of Payment Obligations Clause in Contracts

Funding of Payment Obligations. The MPF Provider agrees to fund its share of all Program Loans through the Boston Bank’s Clearing Account with the MPF Provider which obligation shall be fulfilled by its funding the Clearing Account with same day funds from time to time in amounts sufficient to cover its contractual obligations. The MPF Provider hereby consents to the Boston Bank withdrawing funds from the Clearing Account from time to time to satisfy the MPF Provider’s obligations to fund its share of Program Loans and any other obligation under this Agreement. The Boston Bank hereby consents to the MPF Provider withdrawing funds from the Clearing Account from time to time to satisfy the Boston Bank’s obligations to pay any fees and any other obligation under this Agreement.
