Common use of Funding of Purchase Clause in Contracts

Funding of Purchase. On the date of each Purchase, the Purchaser shall, upon satisfaction of the applicable conditions set forth in Article V, make available to the Seller the amount of its Purchase in same day funds by wire transfer to an account designated in writing by the Seller.
