Common use of Funding of Purchase Clause in Contracts

Funding of Purchase. On the date of each Purchase, Purchaser shall, upon satisfaction of the applicable conditions set forth in ARTICLE V, make available to the Administrator at the Administrator's Office the amount of its Purchase in same day funds, and after receipt by the Administrator of such funds, the Administrator will make such funds immediately available to Seller at such office.
