Funding of Swingline Loans Advanced Pursuant to Cash Management Accounts. Borrower may have in effect from time to time separate agreements with the Swingline Lender or its affiliates (“Account Agreements”) establishing cash management procedures that may involve the automatic disbursement of Swingline Loans. The Account Agreements may be established using standardized forms that do not address the specific circumstances of the Swingline Loan. To resolve potential inconsistencies between this Agreement and Account Agreements, the terms of this Agreement and of Account Agreements shall relate to one another as follows:
