Funding of the Borrowings. Not later than 10:00 a.m. (New York time) on the 2024 Closing Date, each Initial Lender shall pay the amount requested in relation to the funding of its Class A-1AS Loan in Dollars and in immediately available funds to the Collateral Trustee in accordance with the Borrowing Request. The Collateral Trustee shall apply such amounts as directed by the Borrower on the 2024 Closing Date.
