Funding; Payment of Purchase Price. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease and the other Operative Documents, and in reliance on the representations and warranties contained herein or made pursuant hereto, on the Delivery Date, Lessor shall transfer to Agent an amount equal to the Purchase Price.
