Funding Source Identification. Organization shall prominently include the City of Bastrop all educational and marketing materials promoting services covered by this Agreement, including (but not limited to) print items, internet posts, and social media. Such materials will also include the line, "Funding for this program was made possible through a grant from the City of Bastrop."

Funding Source Identification. Consultant will research and document available federal, state, and local funding sources and identify potential funding opportunities through programs like the Energy Trust of Oregon, Oregon State Revolving Fund (SRF), Water Infrastructure Funding Innovation Act (WIFIA) administered by the US Environmental Protection Agency, the US Bureau of Reclamation, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) programs such as BRIC, and other programs such as those related to Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Consultant will also coordinate with City Finance Department and other staff to identify potential self- funding options and the potential timeline for Facility Plan improvements if alternative funding sources are not readily available. Consultant will develop a draft Funding Strategy technical memorandum that will include a description of each potential funding source, the schedule and funding requirements for each source, potential financial matches required for each grant, a description of additional processes and compliance requirements that may be required for each source, and a list of projects from the Outback Facility Plan that may be eligible for each funding opportunity. Consultant will use the draft Funding Strategy technical memorandum from this task to inform the Implementation and Phasing Plan in Task 6.
