Common use of Funding under the Initial Development Plan Clause in Contracts

Funding under the Initial Development Plan. In consideration for Lightlake’s performance of its obligations under the Initial Development Plan, upon the terms and conditions contained herein, for the shorter of the Term or the first (12) months after the Effective Date, Adapt shall pay to Lightlake [**] Dollars ($[**]) per month plus the reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lightlake in delivering reasonably requested transition support in accordance with the Initial Development Plan payable no later than fifteen days after the start of each such month and with respect to out-of-pocket expenses, payable no later than thirty days after the receipt of an invoice from Lightlake.
