Funds Available and Authorized; Payments. Contractor understands and agrees that Agency’s payment of amounts under this Contract is contingent on Agency receiving funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient to allow Agency, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to make payments under this Contract.
