Funds Available and Authorized; Payments. Contractor understands and agrees that Contractor's receipt of payment under this Agreement attributable to services performed under this Agreement after the last day of the current biennium is contingent upon University receiving appropriations, limitations, or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow University, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to continue the compensation of Contractor under this Agreement. University shall only pay for completed work that has been accepted by University pursuant to this Agreement.
