Funds Available and Authorized; Payments. Contractor understands and agrees that the obligation for the payment of amounts due under this Agreement is contingent on the State of Oregon receiving funding, appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient to allow ODF to make payments under this Agreement.
