Common use of Funds Created Under Indenture Clause in Contracts

Funds Created Under Indenture. The Authority shall create under the Indenture a 2022 Purchase Payment Fund and a Costs of Issuance Fund. The Authority shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the 2022 Purchase Payment Fund on the Delivery Date the amount specified in the Delivery Date Certificate with respect to the 2022 Purchase Payment Fund. The Costs of Issuance Fund shall be established and operated pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Indenture.

The Authority shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the 2022 2024-A Purchase Payment Fund on the each Delivery Date the amount specified in the Delivery Date Certificate with respect to the 2022 2024-A Purchase Payment Fund. The Costs of Issuance Fund shall be established and operated pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Indenture.

The Costs of Issuance Fund shall be established and operated pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Indenture.
