Common use of Funds Held by the Administration Agent Clause in Contracts

Funds Held by the Administration Agent. All funds held by the Administration Agent under this Agreement for payment to the Borrowers or to the Lenders shall be deemed to be held in trust by the Administration Agent to be applied in accordance with this Agreement.
