Funds Limited To Specific Projects. The Municipality shall only use the Funds being provided under this Agreement towards Projects that fall within the category of projects set out under Schedule “A” of this Agreement and those Projects have been set out under Part I of the Project Report, as set out under Part B.1 of Schedule “B” of this Agreement.
