Common use of Funds Owed to City/Town Clause in Contracts

Funds Owed to City/Town. At all times and under all circumstances, payments remitted by a taxpayer to the Department for City/Town Municipal Taxes shall be considered property of City/Town. The Department may not retain or fail to remit such funds to City/Town for any reason not specifically set forth in this Agreement including, but not limited to, during the course of a dispute between City/Town and the Department.
