Common use of Funds to Repay Loans Clause in Contracts

Funds to Repay Loans. (a) Permit any part of the funds used in repayment of the Loans to be derived from a transaction with, or proceeds from, a Sanctioned Person or Sanctioned Jurisdictions. (b) Use funds that were the subject of money laundering activities or any other activities unlawful under Applicable Law to make any payments to the Lenders under this Agreement or otherwise make any payment to any Lender hereunder that would cause such Lender to be in violation of any Applicable Law.
