Common use of Funds Transfer Fees Clause in Contracts

Funds Transfer Fees. Each of WTNA, the Loan Trustee, the Subordination Agent and each Pass Through Trustee agrees that it will not impose any lifting charge, cable charge, remittance charge or any other charge or fee on any transfer by the Company of funds to, through or by WTNA, the Loan Trustee, the Subordination Agent or such Pass Through Trustee pursuant to this 21 Participation Agreement (Spirit 2017-1 EETC) [Reg. No.] Agreement, any other Operative Document or any Pass Through Document, except as may be otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company.
