Pershing represents it has systems designed to comply with the electronic transfer of funds rules, specifically the “Funds Transfer Rule” and the “Travel Rule,” 31 C.F.R. 103.33(f) and (g), when processing disbursements on behalf of Broker. Pershing shall comply with these rules based on information provided by Broker.
