Common use of Furnish Trustee and Noteholder Reports Clause in Contracts

Furnish Trustee and Noteholder Reports. For so long as any of the Securities remain outstanding, to furnish to the Initial Purchasers, upon request, copies of all reports and other communications (financial or otherwise) furnished by the Company to the Trustee or to the holders of the Securities and, as soon as available, copies of any reports or financial statements furnished to or filed by the Company with the SEC or any national securities exchange on which the Securities may be listed.

For so long as any of the Securities remain outstanding, to furnish to the Initial Purchasers, upon request, Purchasers copies of all reports and other communications (financial or otherwise) furnished by the Company to the Trustee or to the holders of the Securities and, as soon as available, copies of any reports or financial statements furnished to or filed by the Company with the SEC or any national securities exchange on which any class of securities of the Securities Company may be listed.

For so long as any of the Securities remain outstanding, to unless such reports, communications, financial statements or other materials are otherwise publicly available, the Company will furnish to the Initial Purchasers, upon request, Purchasers copies of all reports and other communications (financial or otherwise) furnished by the Company to the Trustee or to the holders of the Securities and, as soon as available, copies of any reports or financial statements furnished to or filed by the Company with the SEC or any national securities exchange on which any class of securities of the Securities Company may be listed.
