Common use of Furnishing Information Clause in Contracts

Furnishing Information. The Board agrees to make available to the Union, in response to reasonable requests, information concerning the financial resources of the district, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, etc. that will assist the Union in developing intelligent, accurate and constructive programs on behalf of the employees, together with information which may be necessary for the Union to process any grievance or complaint. Nothing contained herein shall require the Board to compile materials in ways they are not normally compiled by the Board. Compilation of data other than that provided shall be prepared by the Union.
