Furnishing of Amendments or Supplements. Prior to filing with the Commission any amendment or supplement to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus, any document incorporated by reference in the Prospectus or any amendment to any document incorporated by reference in the Prospectus, to furnish a copy thereof to the Representatives and counsel for the Underwriters and not file any of the same with the Commission to which the Representatives shall reasonably object, for so long as the delivery of a prospectus is required in connection with the offering or sale of the Notes;
