Common use of FURNISHING OF CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

FURNISHING OF CERTIFICATE. Within thirty (30) days after the date of any payment of Taxes, the Borrower will furnish to the Agent, at its address referred to in Section 0 of this Agreement, the original or a certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment thereof. If Taxes ever become payable in respect of any payment hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Notes made during a Fiscal Quarter, thereafter the Borrower will furnish to the Agent, within thirty (30) days after the end of such Fiscal Quarter, at such address, a certificate from the Borrower stating that any payments made during such Fiscal Quarter are exempt from or not subject to Taxes.

Within thirty (30) 30 days after the date of any payment of Taxes, the Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent, at its address referred to in Section 0 15.12 of this Agreement, the original or a certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment thereof. If Taxes ever become payable in respect of any payment hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Notes made during a Fiscal Quarter, thereafter the Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent, within thirty (30) days after the end of such Fiscal Quarter, at such address, a certificate from the Borrower stating that any payments made during such Fiscal Quarter are exempt from or not subject to Taxes.

If Taxes ever become payable in respect of any payment hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Notes made during a Fiscal Quarter, thereafter the Borrower will furnish to the Agent, within thirty (30) days after the end of such Fiscal Quarter, at such address, a certificate from the Borrower stating that any payments made during such Fiscal Quarter are exempt from or not subject to Taxes.

If Taxes ever become payable in respect of any payment hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Notes made during a Fiscal QuarterNotes, thereafter the Borrower will furnish to the Agent, within thirty (30) days after the end of such Fiscal Quartereach fiscal quarter, at such address, address a certificate from the Borrower stating that any payments made during such Fiscal Quarter fiscal quarter are exempt from or not subject to Taxes.

If Taxes ever become payable in respect of any payment hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Notes or Term Notes made during a Fiscal Quarter, thereafter the Borrower Borrowers will furnish to the Administrative Agent, within thirty (30) days after the end of such Fiscal Quarter, at such address, a certificate from the Borrower Borrowers stating that any payments made during such Fiscal Quarter are exempt from or not subject to Taxes.
