Furnishing of Financial Statements; Tenant's Representations. In order to induce Landlord to enter into this Lease Tenant agrees that it shall promptly furnish Landlord, from time to time, upon Landlord's written request, with financial statements reflecting Tenant's current financial condition. Tenant represents and warrants that all financial statements, records and information furnished by Tenant to Landlord in connection with this Lease are true, correct and complete in all material respects.
