Furnishing of Monthly Investor Reports and Other Documents. The Indenture Trustee shall furnish or make available electronically to any Noteholder promptly upon receipt of a written request by such Noteholder or Note Owner therefor (at the expense of the requesting Noteholder or Note Owner), copies of the Basic Documents and duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates and any other instruments furnished to the Indenture Trustee under the Basic Documents.
