Common use of Furnishing of Prospectuses Clause in Contracts

Furnishing of Prospectuses. The Company will furnish to the Manager and the Forward Purchaser copies of the Registration Statement, including all exhibits, and the Prospectus and all amendments and supplements to such documents, in each case as soon as available and in such quantities as the Manager and the Forward Purchaser reasonably requests. The Company will pay the expenses of printing and distributing to the Manager and the Forward Purchaser all such documents.
