Common use of Further Accounts Clause in Contracts

Further Accounts. In the event that any further Collateral Accounts are required to be opened by the Issuer, the Issuer shall instruct the Cash Manager to open such Collateral Accounts, who, if it is determined at such time that such Collateral Accounts will be held with the Collateral Account Bank, will instruct the Collateral Account Bank to open such Collateral Accounts on the terms of this Agreement.
