Common use of FURTHER AGREED Clause in Contracts

FURTHER AGREED. An employee who has completed his/her probationary period in any job classification covered by this Collective Agreement and who as a result of a successful bid for a vacancy enters a different job classification than before, such an employee shall not be placed in the new classification at less than Step #2, as in Appendix “B”. However, such an employee will not suffer a decrease in their regular hourly rate providing the employee is moving up at least one level or laterally within a level.
