Further and Xxxxxx Terms. Only the basic preliminary terms and conditions pertaining to the membership and rules governing the Sargam Club are recorded in this Agreement. The Allottee understands and accepts that detailed terms and conditions of membership as also the various charges and rules and regulations governing use of the Sargam Club and its facilities will be formulated by the Promoter in due course and circulated to members before the Sargam Club is made operational. The Allottee agrees and accepts to abide by the same.
