Common use of Further Assurance and Assistance Clause in Contracts

Further Assurance and Assistance. Parent and Purchaser agree that each will, and will cause their respective Affiliates to, execute and deliver any and all documents, and take such further acts, in addition to those expressly provided for herein, that may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the provisions of this Agreement.
